Fit training into your lifestyle. We run evening sessions through the week, midday classes on Tuesday & Thursday, and weekend mornings, so you never have to miss a workout.

How the week runs

A class for every level

Whether it’s your first time wrapping your hands or you’re deep into a fight camp, there’s a session here that fits. New faces are welcome at any class — just turn up and our coaches will pair you with the right group.

Muay Thai & boxing

Our core Muay Thai classes run through the week, with dedicated boxing sessions on Monday and Wednesday. Expect pad work, bag rounds, and technique broken down step by step — great for fitness, self-defence, or building towards the fight team.

Ladies-only mornings

Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am we run a women-only class — a relaxed, supportive space to learn the fundamentals without the evening rush. No experience needed.

Strength & conditioning

S&C runs Friday at 5pm and Saturday at 8am — structured strength and fitness work to keep you durable and powerful, whether you compete or just want to feel stronger.

Kids classes

Our kids program builds discipline, coordination, and confidence in a safe, fun environment. A free first class lets them try before you commit.

Members enjoy gym access from 5am to 11pm, seven days a week, so you can train around shift work, school runs, and everything in between. Your first session is simple: arrive a few minutes early, meet your coach, and you’ll be guided through the warm-up, technique, and drills at a pace that suits you. No one gets thrown in the deep end.

Pack your essentials

Loose athletic clothing, a sweat towel, and a water bottle. On the 2-week trial? Your free gloves are waiting at the desk.

Arrive 15 minutes early

Time to check in, tour the changing zones, meet your coach, and wrap your hands safely before the warm-up.

Open gym access

Our strength and weightlifting zones are open for general use outside peak evening sessions, so you can follow your own lifting protocols.

Infrared sauna

Book a dedicated 30-minute recovery block on our independent booking sheet, ideally right after a hard session.
