These formal Terms and Conditions regulate your entire ongoing relationship, usage, and communication with the digital website platform and the physical training services provided by Dencar PTY ltd (trading openly as Cool Heart Muay Thai). By browsing this website, submitting lead registrations, or signing a physical enrolment document at our reception area, you legally agree to comply fully with these terms.

Facility Gym Rules and Code of Member Conduct

To ensure that Cool Heart remains a welcoming, highly positive, and incredibly safe environment for everyone, all members and guests must abide by our code of conduct:

The Inclusive Environment: We enforce a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any form of hyper-aggressive sparring, bullying, discriminatory language, or intimidating, ego-driven behaviour. Members must treat all fellow students, coaches, and staff with profound respect at all times.

Introductory Trial Pass Limitations: Promotional trial offers (such as our 50% off 2-week trial with free gloves) are strictly limited to brand-new clients who have never previously trained at our facility. Free kids' sessions are limited strictly to one per child. These operational boundaries are non-negotiable under our Terms and Conditions.

Comprehensive Physical Liability Waiver

By participating in any of our training sessions, you explicitly acknowledge that Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, martial arts drills, and strength training are high-intensity combat sports and physical exercises that carry inherent risks of physical exertion, muscle strains, or accidental injury.

By signing your physical gym membership agreement or stepping onto our mats for a trial class, you voluntarily assume these risks. You explicitly agree to this liability waiver protocol. You agree to release Dencar PTY ltd, its directors, and its certified coaching staff from any and all liability for personal injuries, medical expenses, or property loss sustained within our facility or during our scheduled class sequences.

Financial Billing, Suspensions, and Contract Cancellations

All ongoing weekly memberships ($30, $49, or $59 pricing structures) operate via automated direct-debit billing systems. Detailed policies regarding holiday membership suspensions, minimum contract terms, and formal cancellation notice periods are explicitly detailed on your physical paperwork signed upon formal facility enrollment.
